The Challenges feature is a structured and progressive fitness journey designed to help users pursue specific health and wellness goals. Through carefully curated programs, users are guided daily to build consistency and achieve results.

Join health and fitness challenges that keep you motivated. Earn badges and stay accountable with progress tracking.
Key Functionalities
- Navigate to Workout → Challenges tab.

- Browse available challenges, each offering:
- A detailed overview of the challenge
- Primary focus area (e.g., cardio, strength, flexibility, balance)
- Duration and daily breakdown
- Start any challenge from the current date — the plan dynamically adjusts to the user’s selected start day.
- Skip and Resume: Users can skip a day's workout and complete it later without losing progress.
- Tap any date in the calendar view to access that specific day’s workout.
- Automatic Progress Tracking once a challenge is started.
- Use the Control Center toggle to switch easily between Workout and Challenges tabs.

Access Control
- Free Users cannot access the Challenges feature. Attempts to enter this section will redirect to the Subscription Page to encourage an upgrade.
- Paid Users get full access to all available challenges.
Rewards and Progression
- Badge Achievement (In Progress): Users who complete a challenge will earn a unique badge for their efforts. This gamified reward system enhances motivation and engagement.
- One Challenge at a Time: Users can enroll in only one challenge at a time to maintain focus and clarity.
- Opt-Out Anytime: Users may opt out of an ongoing challenge at any time.
- Switch Challenges Freely: Once opted out, users are free to select a different challenge to start fresh.
