- โญ๏ธ Skip and Resume: Users can skip a day's workout and complete it later without losing progress.
- ๐ Tap any date in the calendar view to access that specific dayโs workout.
- ๐งฎ Automatic Progress Tracking once a challenge is started.
- ๐ Use the Control Center toggle to switch easily between Workout and Challenges tabs.

- โ Free Users cannot access the Challenges feature. Attempts to enter this section will redirect to the Subscription Page to encourage an upgrade.
