The VitaliT App is a comprehensive wellness and fitness platform, designed to empower users with personalized workouts, meals, mindfulness practices, and gamified rewards. This SOW outlines the subscription model for the VitaliT App, providing a structured and user-friendly plan:

  • Subscription Plan (Monthly & Annual)

II. Subscription Tiers​

2.1. 14-Day Free Trial​

The 14-day free trial gives new users a limited-time opportunity to experience ALL features at no cost. During this period, users can explore the app’s features, gaining insight into its full value.

2.2. Subscription Plan​

After the 14-day free trial, continue accessing all the features by subscribing to either Monthly or Yearly plan.

Manage Your VitaliT Subscription​

The VitaliT app is designed to offer flexibility and convenience when it comes to managing your subscription. Whether you're switching devices, upgrading your plan, or taking a break from your subscription, we’ve made sure the process is seamless and transparent.

Restore Purchase​

If you’ve already purchased a subscription but are:

  • Switching to a new phone
  • Moving from Android to iOS (or vice versa)
  • Reinstalling the app after a reset

You can use the Restore Purchase feature to regain access to your active plan without being charged again.

This ensures that your subscription travels with you — even across platforms — and you retain all features without interruption.

How it works:

  • Go to Settings > Account > Manage Subscription > Restore Purchase.
  • The app will verify your previous purchase via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and reactivate your subscription accordingly.

Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan​

You can easily switch between subscription plans depending on your current needs. Our flexible options allow you to:

Upgrade Your Plan​

From: Monthly → Yearly

  • Effect: The change takes place immediately, and you'll be charged the prorated difference (if applicable).
  • Enjoy uninterrupted access to all premium features with added savings.

Downgrade Your Plan​

From: Yearly → Monthly

  • Effect: The change will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You will continue to enjoy yearly benefits until your subscription expires, after which you’ll switch to the monthly plan.

Note: All subscription changes are handled directly through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) to ensure secure and verified billing.

Cancel Subscription​

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time without any hidden fees or penalties.

  • Once cancelled, your premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • After that, your account will revert to the free trial user experience, with limited access to features.
  • You will not be charged in the following renewal month.

To cancel your subscription:

  • Visit your device’s store:

    • For iOS: App Store > Your Profile > Subscriptions
    • For Android: Play Store > Your Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions

  • Choose VitaliT App and tap Cancel Subscription
